How the plans work

Priced per clinicPrices are in USD per clinic per month, not per vet. Add-ons are per clinic per month.
Every user can be a veterinarianProfessional includes 5 users and Elite includes 20. There is no separate price for clinical staff.
Monthly case limitsProfessional includes 100 AI clinical cases a month. Elite includes 250 dental and 250 anesthesia cases a month. The count resets every month. If you use it up before the month ends, upgrade to the next plan.
Fair useThe AI built into the rest of the system, such as the AI patient summary and AI scribe SOAP notes, is free under fair use. The fair-use level varies and exists to prevent abuse of the free AI features.
Enterprise AI usageOn Enterprise, AI usage is unlimited and charged by usage: per million tokens, the AI industry standard, separately from the subscription.

Pricing questions

Is the price per clinic or per vet?

Pricing is per clinic. Professional includes 5 users and Elite includes 20. Enterprise is customized to your practice.

What is the difference between Professional and Elite?

Elite includes everything in Professional, plus AI Anesthesia Assist, 20 users instead of 5, and 250 monthly anesthesia and dental cases each, compared to 100 on Professional.

Can I use viggoVet with my current practice software?

Yes. Professional and Elite are designed to work alongside your existing practice software. Start with the clinical tools you need, add more as your practice grows, or move to Enterprise when you are ready to run your entire practice on viggoVet.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Start with Professional or Elite alongside your current practice software and move to Enterprise when you are ready to run the whole practice on viggoVet.

What counts as a case?

A case is one clinical AI record for a patient: one dental chart or one anesthesia sheet. Professional includes 100 cases a month. Elite includes 250 dental and 250 anesthesia cases a month. On Enterprise, cases are unlimited and AI usage is charged per million tokens.

What happens if I reach my monthly case limit?

The limit is monthly, so your count resets at the start of each month. If you use all your cases before the month ends, you can upgrade to the next plan to keep going.

What does fair use cover?

Fair use covers the AI features built into the rest of the system, such as the AI patient summary when you import a case, or AI scribe SOAP notes. These are free. The fair-use level is variable and is there to prevent abuse of the free AI features. It is separate from the monthly case allowance for AI Dental Chart and AI Anesthesia Assist.

Is AI Remote Booking the same as online booking?

No. Standard online appointment booking is free in every plan. AI Remote Booking is an add-on for mobile clinics, home visits and on-the-road veterinary services, and any clinic that offers them can use it.

What are the add-ons?

AI Remote Booking ($39/month), Online Payments ($20/month), and WhatsApp Messaging ($20/month). AI Remote Booking and Online Payments are included in Enterprise. WhatsApp Messaging is optional on all plans: $20 per clinic per month covers unlimited messages, with no other charges. Online Payments is one Stripe add-on for payments in the clinic and at online booking, and viggoVet adds no processing fees.

Does viggoVet offer complete practice management?

Yes. Enterprise includes billing, inventory, purchasing, reporting and more. Expense tracking and AI receipt scanning are included in every plan.

Why isn't Enterprise pricing listed?

Enterprise pricing depends on your practice size and needs. It includes onboarding, data migration, training and dedicated support. AI usage is unlimited and billed separately, per million tokens.

Is there a contract?

As a general rule, no. Professional and Elite have no contract, and you can cancel anytime. Enterprise also runs without a contract in most cases; large enterprises and chains may need an agreement, which we arrange case by case.

Which plans qualify for the free trial?

Professional and Elite. You sign up online and the trial starts right away. Enterprise starts with a conversation and a demo instead.
