It integrates with leading practice management systems, offers care membership plans, and says more than 10,000 veterinary professionals use it.

In November 2025 Otto launched OttoPilot, the AI engine beneath its platform. It learns from a clinic's exam-room discussions, phone calls, texts and emails and turns them into prioritized tasks, care steps and insights.
