AI Anesthesia Assist reads each vitals entry against the patient's full history and returns a stability or risk indication with a guideline-based comment in about 10 to 30 seconds, advisory decision-support that helps the team catch trouble earlier. It is built to make the riskiest moment of the day meaningfully safer. It is decision-support, not a monitor or alarm; the veterinarian stays in control of every call.
In the dental suite: AI Dental Chart
The hardest part of a dental is often the conversation, not the procedure. AI Dental Chart turns your charting into the reports vets need daily, including the plain-language explanation that helps an owner understand the finding and say yes to treatment, along with prognosis and the dental documentation that usually eats the evening.
On the road: AI Remote Booking
For mobile and ambulatory practice, viggoVet arranges the day by travel distance, so the route is efficient and the vet gets home sooner with less driving. It captures the information uploaded during booking, so the visit starts with the file already in hand.
What is Provet Cloud, and what is it genuinely good at?
Provet Cloud is a cloud-based veterinary practice-management system from Nordhealth, used across small-animal, equine, and mixed and production practices. It is a well-built, security-conscious platform: Nordhealth markets Provet Cloud as an ISO 27001:2022-certified veterinary system, and runs a genuinely useful administrative AI layer of its own.
Credit where it's due: Provet Cloud handles the operational core of the practice, records, scheduling, billing, and workflow, and does it on modern, well-secured cloud infrastructure. viggoVet builds on that foundation rather than getting in its way.
What does Provet Cloud's AI suite do?
Provet Cloud ships a native "Clinical AI suite" that is administrative and workflow-focused, and, to Nordhealth's credit, the company is honest about that, describing it as "a digital assistant, not a decision-maker." It launched to English-speaking markets in August 2025 and globally in September 2025. Its features:
- AI Patient History Summary, scans up to ten years of history and produces a clinically relevant summary.
- AI Scribe, transcribes the consult into a SOAP note or narrative in real time.
- AI Discharge Instructions, generates client-ready, editable discharge instructions from the consult.
This is the right kind of AI for a practice system to build: summarize the history, draft the note, write the discharge. It is administrative by design, the suite does not offer clinical reasoning or recommendations, and does not claim to. The clinical work in the room, anesthesia, dental, treatment planning, and mobile logistics, is a different job, and it is the job viggoVet does.
