Tails AI is a set of role-based assistants inside the Digitail platform, a client-facing Concierge (triage, booking, prescription refills, intake, discharge, check-ins), a Medical assistant (AI SOAP dictation and record summaries, plus a Verify second-set-of-eyes that flags risks in the record and a Diagnosis Tool that surfaces medical-reference content), voice-to-invoice charge capture, and a Practice Manager for analytics and inventory. Its AI is confirmed to work in English, Spanish, and French.
Tails VIP is a separate, standalone app that Digitail markets as usable across systems, a pocket assistant for the vet.
