Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses the viggoVet platform and services. It supplements our Terms of Service and Terms of Use. The viggoVet entity responsible for your region is identified in our Legal Entities document.
1. Prohibited use
You must not, and must not allow anyone to:
- use the services unlawfully, or in breach of veterinary, medicines, privacy, consumer, or other applicable law;
- upload or share content you have no right to share, or others’ personal or sensitive data without authorisation;
- post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, harassing, or infringing content;
- send spam or unsolicited messages, in breach of our Anti-Spam Policy;
- attempt unauthorised access, probe or scan systems, or circumvent security or access controls;
- introduce malware or harmful code, or interfere with the integrity, performance, or availability of the services;
- place an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the infrastructure, or exceed your plan’s usage and fair-use limits;
- reverse engineer the services except where the law expressly allows, or use them to build a competing product;
- resell, sublicense, or provide the services to unauthorised third parties; or
- remove or obscure proprietary or copyright notices.
2. Responsible professional use
The services and any AI outputs are decision-support tools for licensed professionals and are not a substitute for professional judgement. Clinical and professional responsibility remains with the user, as set out in the Terms of Service.
3. Fair use and resource limits
Use of the services is subject to the usage and fair-use limits of your Account Type and plan. We may throttle or restrict usage that threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the platform.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate access, with or without notice, in addition to our other rights. We may also report unlawful activity to authorities where required.
