viggoVet serves veterinary professionals who need clinical AI decision support, specialty clinical tools, the complete practice platform, or any combination. Every plan comes with a working environment that includes scheduling, patient records and team collaboration.

Veterinarians

Start with Professional alongside your existing practice software: AI Dental Chart, appointment scheduling, client and patient records, and the AI built into the platform. No system migration, and every plan starts with a free trial.

When you need more, move to Elite for AI Anesthesia Assist and a larger team, or to Enterprise for billing, inventory, reporting and everything else. VetEvince and the AI Drug Formulary join every plan, free, when they launch.

Tip: Many veterinarians start with Professional, move to Elite when anesthesia support earns its place, and eventually run the whole practice on Enterprise. Each step up carries over your account and data.

Veterinary technicians and nurses

Technicians use viggoVet for vitals recording, patient care documentation and the Status Board, which gives real-time visibility into patient flow: who’s waiting, who’s in surgery, who’s ready for discharge. On Enterprise they also run the Treatment Plan timeline and inventory.

You can record diagnostics and coordinate with veterinarians through shared medical records.

Receptionists and front desk staff

The platform handles appointment scheduling, online booking requests, client registration, and check-in and checkout. You see appointments across all providers, manage the daily schedule and message clients, all from one interface. On Enterprise, invoicing and payments live here too.

Practice owners and managers

Managers set up staff accounts, roles and permissions, and track expenses on every plan. On Enterprise they also see financial reports, inventory alerts, outstanding balances and operational metrics without needing clinical permissions, run purchase orders, and track performance across locations.

Enterprise clinics

Access to advanced inventory management, stock movements, warehouse management, inventory distribution, and full visibility on all branches’ and clinics’ financials and performance.

Students

Veterinary students can practise with realistic patient workflows. VetEvince and the AI Drug Formulary, coming soon and free in every plan, will be strong study companions for clinical reasoning and pharmacology.
