Understanding the viggoVet Ecosystem

viggoVet is not a single product with a single price. It’s an ecosystem of clinical AI tools, specialty modules, and operational modules that fit all types and stages of the vet clinics, all designed as a system of action where you diagnose, analyze, and document with AI alongside you. You choose what you need today and add more when you’re ready. This page explains how the pieces fit together.

Account structure

When you sign up, even as an individual, you create a full clinic account with a unique subdomain (like yourclinic.viggo.vet). This is your workspace. You can use it privately or invite colleagues to collaborate. Every signup creates a real clinic environment, not a personal demo account.

Note: You pay per clinic, not per user. Professional includes 5 users and Elite 20, and every user can be a veterinarian. Enterprise is set to fit the practice.

What every plan includes

Every plan, Professional, Elite and Enterprise, gives you a real working environment, not a stripped-down demo. Every plan includes:

• Appointment scheduling with the calendar and online booking
• Client and patient records, the Status Board, check-in and rooms
• Client chat, tasks and reminders
• The AI built into the platform: patient summaries, voice dictation and lab report parsing
• Lab integrations with IDEXX, Zoetis and Woodley

With these you can manage appointments, keep patient records and work as a team from the first day of your free trial.

Professional, $49 per clinic per month

For the everyday clinic: 5 users and 100 cases a month, with AI Dental Chart, interactive tooth-by-tooth charting that generates AI prognoses, client letters and discharge notes.

Coming soon, free in every plan: VetEvince, evidence-based clinical answers with the research sources behind them, in private or team conversations.

AI Drug Formulary, also coming soon and free: dosing, interactions and contraindications for over 1,300 veterinary medications, aware of the patient’s history and current medications.

Elite, $79 per clinic per month

Everything in Professional, for a larger team: 20 users and 250 anesthesia and 250 dental cases a month, plus:

AI Anesthesia Assist, a stability or risk indication with a guideline-based comment at every vitals entry, for your review.

Add-ons on Professional and Elite: AI Remote Booking with its business dashboard ($39 a month), online payments at booking through Stripe ($20) and WhatsApp messaging ($20).

Pricing is per clinic, not per user.

Tip: Starting or changing a plan is self-service. Card verification is required at signup, and you won’t be charged until the trial ends.

Enterprise

Enterprise is the whole practice on viggoVet: everything in Elite, plus the operational and financial side:

• Billing, invoicing and payments
• Inventory, purchases and purchase orders
• Financial, inventory, patient and staff reports
• Treatment Plan & Whiteboard
• Multi-clinic management with central oversight
• Integrations with accounting software
• Guided onboarding, data migration, training and dedicated support

Everything from Professional and Elite is included, with AI Remote Booking and online payments built in. On Enterprise the clinical AI works on the same records as everything else, with no sync setup.

Note: Moving to Enterprise usually starts with a call with the viggoVet team, to plan configuration and any data migration with you. A new clinic with no data to move can set up on default configurations instead.

Choosing your path

The upgrade path: start with a free trial and grow at your own pace. Every step up keeps your account, subdomain, data and team. There’s no migration between plans; you’re always in the same workspace.

Integrations

When you use Professional or Elite alongside your existing practice software, with PMS integration where available, patient data syncs from your system to viggoVet: you use the clinical tools, and outputs sync back to your patient records. On Enterprise everything runs natively, with no sync.
